Using AI-based Platforms for Arabic Language Teaching and Learning

These activities include vocabulary and sentence building, grammar explanations and acquisition, speech and conversation practice, writing correction and feedback, intercultural competence, pronunciation training, etc. The webinar also introduces teachers to effective strategies to prompt engineering, which is an important practice of designing inputs to guide ChatGPT or other LLMs to produce the optimal outputs that meet students' proficiency levels. The webinar will conclude with the challenges that face the Fuṣḥa and other Arabic varieties in the era of LLMs.
