The School of Humanities and Social Sciences (SHSS) at Al Akhawayn University in Ifrane (AUI), Morocco, invites applications for the following position:
Arabic Language
Candidates for the position of Lecturer in Arabic Language should have an M.A. in TAFL, Applied Linguistics or a related field and strong teaching experience with both native and non-native speakers.
English is the language of instruction at AUI. All candidates must possess excellent written and oral communication skills in English. In addition, all candidates should be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to undergraduate teaching and well-developed interpersonal skills with previous success in working effectively in diverse interdisciplinary, multinational and collegial teams. Prior experience and familiarity with the American-style liberal arts system will be a strong plus.
