Grand Valley State University, Visiting Faculty position in Arabic

Grand Valley State University:

The Department of Modern Languages and Literatures at Grand Valley State University, Michigan, invites applications for a 1 year full time Visiting Faculty position in Arabic, beginning Fall 2015 (with possible renewal for up to three years); MA holders, ABDs or those holding a Ph.D. in Arabic or related field are encouraged to apply. M.A in Arabic or related field is required. We seek candidates with demonstrated excellence in teaching Arabic language courses, especially at the college level. The position involves teaching three classes a semester. Native or near-native fluency in Modern Standard Arabic and at least one dialect is necessary.
