University of Rhode Island seeks Assistant Professors: Islamic and Mediterranean Studies (3 positions)
The University of Rhode Island announces a Cluster Hire Initiative in Islamic and Mediterranean Studies under the sponsorship of the Office of the Provost. Three tenure-track faculty will be hired to begin work in the fall semester 2013. They will be expected to work together with colleagues across the University to create interdisciplinary teaching and research opportunities for Islamic and Mediterranean Studies.
The three positions are defined as follows:
